Julia Granacki is a board-certified (NBC-HWC) Women’s Health Coach and Pilates instructor with certifications from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and Harvard Medical School. As a multi-disciplinary practitioner focusing on perimenopause and menopause, she brings a diverse wealth of knowledge and insight to her clients navigating midlife change.  

She is committed to empowering her clients to take control of their health, understand their bodies, and become more joyful, vital, and active! She offers a holistic approach to health grounded in evidence-based methods, utilizing proven behavioral change tools, effective coaching techniques, and humor.

Julia studied meditation and philosophy at Philosophy Works in New York City, where she received her mantra for Transcendental Meditation (TM) in 2013. She has been an avid practitioner of both mindfulness and TM ever since. 

She is a published writer, a three-time alumnus of the switched-up storytelling series No You Tell It!.
